Directions

These directions will lead you to the communities where tour maps are available – Falls Cove, The Point, the Sanctuary and Springfield. You can also register to win the Lake James getaway prize at these locations. Directional signs will be outside and inside all communities, leading you to tour homes also marked with signage. We look forward to seeing you!

 

Falls Cove – Take I-77 to exit 36. Head west on NC-150 and follow for 2.3 miles. Turn right on Perth Road and follow for 5.5 miles. The entrance to the community will be on your right.

The Point – Take I-77 to exit 33 (Lake Norman). Go west on Williamson Road. Turn left on Brawley School Road. Follow for about five miles to signs leading to the Sales Center.

the Sanctuary – On I-485, take exit 4 (Fort Mill/Hwy. 160). Turn west onto Steele Creek Road. Travel Steele Creek for one-half mile, and then veer right onto Shopton Road West. Travel Shopton for about three miles, and turn right onto Wildlife Road. The sales center is immediately on the right.

Take I-77 to exit 88 (Gold Hill Road). Go east on Gold Hill Road/Springfield Parkway (toward Pineville/Fort Mill), and continue straight for 3.1 miles. Turn left at the second community entrance onto Hambley House Road. Turn right onto Mendenhall, and the sales and information center will be on your right.
