Falls Cove

Stop by the sales center Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for hamburgers and a chance to win a wine cooler, courtesy of Queen City!

Home Activities

Falls Cove 124 – EFC Builders will host Lake Norman Gardens all weekend, providing tour-goers a chance to win a $150 gift certificate to Lake Norman Gardens for any offered product or service. On Saturday, an expert from Lake Norman Gardens will be available to answer questions about landscape designs and plantings.

The Farms

Chris Wagner of Franklin American Mortgage will be at The Point sales center Saturday, grilling hamburgers and hot dogs for all tour-goers! So, stop and enjoy some food when you pick up your home tour map. Chris is a financing specialist and has 20 years of experience with jumbo loans. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Chris will be happy to help with any loan questions you have from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

You are welcome to join The Farms' annual Halloween Pumpkin Hunt and Fall Festival! Build your own family scarecrow, participate in the kid’s bake-off, cast your votes for the doggy costume contest, try trunk-n-treat, and join the pumpkin hunt and painting, too!

It's all fun and Games

Come on down to the Family Activity Center from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, and join us for an afternoon of fall fun! We will have a variety of carnival-themed games for the kids to play, as well as a prize bag of candy for each child who participates. So, take some time to meet our staff and see what The Point lifestyle can offer you!
